Delivery
Our deliveries are made via the Pallet Network, DX, DHL or Royal Mail.
We process orders on the same day during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and national holidays). Orders placed before 12pm will be despatched the same day.
Normal delivery time is one to two working days, however, we do advise you to place your order at least two working days before you need it delivered.
If you require a Next Day or Saturday Delivery please contact the office on 01264 810665.
Delivery to Highland & Island areas will be 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that this does not apply to Bank Holidays as we will be closed.

RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
Unless otherwise stated, instructions will be given to our courier to leave your delivery safe if no one is in.
Before you sign for the delivery, please check you have received the correct number of parcels as detailed on the delivery note, and that there is no obvious damage. Should the delivery be damaged in any way please ensure this is detailed on the delivery note.
LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery is late, please contact us on admin@rappa.co.uk or 01264 810665. We would consider a delivery to be lost if it does not arrive within five working days, and will then endeavour to track it down.
